With Pilates principles and exercises at its core (pun intended), this class thoroughly conditions the body by building strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination via its emphasis on flow and sequencing. Drawing from Vinyasa Yoga combinations & salutations, dance class formats/exercises, and good old-fashioned drill training, start your morning exquisitely with a super challenging mind-body work-out!
