Cardio Kickboxing

Thrive Health and Fitness has Piloxing, Kickboxing, Cardio classes, zumba, red hot dance fitness and barre classes.

Now 3x a week! Taught by Gina Hoch-Stall, Cardio Kickboxing is an hour full of high energy punches, kicks, stretches, and resistance work. Set to high energy music, Gina gives encouragement and motivation to the whole class no matter what your level.

NEW to Thrive, PILOXING is an exciting, inter-disciplinary program that uniquely mixes Pilates and boxing moves into a fat torching, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout. Thrive's own Gina Hoch-Stall of Pilates & Kickboxing fame will be teaching the class. Gina will undoubtedly whip you into shape, using a class format that’s both fun, challenging and technically sound.

What is a Zumba fitness class like? It's a very exciting dance party atmosphere full of Latin and international music. You'll forget you're working out with the sexy but simple moves to dance music like Cha Cha, Salsa, reggaeton, rumba and more. Best of all, you don't need any previous dance experience!

It's fun and effective, using interval training combining fast and slow rhythms for an effective aerobic workout while at the same time targetting your legs, abs, glutes and arms.
