Sun Mi Cho
Sun-Mi is a professional ballet/modern dancer and ballet coach/teacher with over 15 years of movement expertise. She received a full scholarship to study dance at Southern Methodist University where she graduated with a B.F.A. in Dance and a B.A. in Advertising. She trained extensively on fellowship for two years with Alvin Ailey American Dance School. Her professional performance experience is extensive, and she uses her knowledge and passion for dance to create an inviting and non-intimidating approach to facilitate a holistic approach to learning the art of ballet. After hosting eight nationally aired ballet segments on Comcast on Demand's "Get up and dance", Sun-Mi began teaching regularly at the Rock School for Dance Eduaction, Gwendolyn Bye's Dance School and Meredith Rainey's Carbon Dance Theatre. She currently dances with a contemporary ballet company, Meredith Rainey's Carbon Dance Theatre.
