Gina Hoch-Stall An enthusiastic instructor of Pilates, Kickboxing and now Piloxing, Gina brings her love of moving and learning about the body to every class she teaches. She first began studying Pilates 10 years ago as a means to supplement her dance training and quickly became interested in the exercises as a separate technique. Kickboxing came later, at Temple University, when Gina discovered a killer workout that kept her interested and made her sweat.  She enjoys balancing the precision and core training of Pilates with the high-energy aerobic drills and cross training in her Kickboxing classes. Outside the studio, Gina is also a dancer and choreographer in Philadelphia with her own company, RealLivePeople(in)Motion.
