Pilates Butt and Thigh Breakdown
In this new format class we will break out of the mold of the classical mat order to focus on our standing, kneeling and laying butt and thigh focused exercises; think side-kicks x infinity! New trainer and former professional ballet dancer, Chelsea G. will be pulling out all the stops to whip those areas in to shape!
Pilates Morning Wake-Up
Our classical open Pilates mat class, with a spin! All levels are welcome in any class. With a variety of teaching styles and backgrounds, every class is different but taught with a unifying theme each week throughout the classes from Pilates Principles (think flow, concentration) to Muscle Group Focus (think arms or thighs).
Pilates Abs and Arms Express
A 45-minute mat workout using the principles of traditional Pilates to focus on major muscle groups in the arms, shoulders, back and abdominals. A great warm-up for Cardio Kickboxing!
Beginner Level Pilates Mat
This mat class is a great place to start for beginners or those new to Pilates altogether. The slower pace and modified exercises will help you to learn the system and prepare you to join open level mat classes as you progress.
Intermediate/Advanced Mat Class
This mat class introduces more challenging Pilates mat exercises and moves at a faster pace than beginner or open level classes. Clients NEW to Thrive are encouraged to take an Open Level or Beginner class and receive instructor approval prior to taking this level class.

Pilates Mid-Day Escape
A 45 minute lunchtime Pilates Mat workout. Pop in over lunch, use our changing area or even the shower. A guaranteed quick and effective workout!
Pilates Fundamentals
A great class for beginners and advanced practitioners alike! Spend a full hour getting a great workout for every major muscle group while getting deep into the Pilates method and principles. Come to this class and take what you've learned to all the others!
Power Pilates Plus Props
A classical Pilates mat class that will incorporate the use of props in order to increase challenge and awareness of all Pilates exercises. All levels are welcome in this class and an open, fun attitude is required! Props may include: thera-bands, magic circles, weights, blocks and balls.
